Founded in late 2022, PFO Énergies develops, finances, and operates sustainable infrastructure to promote access to green electricity in West Africa. A subsidiary of the PFO AFRICA Group, the company specializes in the development and operational implementation of renewable energy generation solutions and energy engineering.

PFO Énergies works to ensure universal access to low-carbon energy through optimized solutions, whether connected to the national grid or for self-consumption.

Mission & Vision of the Subsidiary

PFO Énergies specializes in developing solutions for renewable energy production and distribution network optimization. PFO Énergies is dedicated to promoting green energy (solar, biomass, hydropower) through IPP or B2B models.

PFO Énergies aims to become a major player in the energy transition in Côte d’Ivoire and the subregion, with more than 700 MWp of installed capacity.

History / Background

PFO Énergies is the energy subsidiary of the PFO Africa Group.

With a 100% Ivorian shareholder base, we benefit from strong local and regional roots that enable us to manage the entire value chain of an energy development project.

We work closely with our network of local experts and international leaders to develop innovative, high-quality assets.

With the start of construction on our first solar power plant (Ferké Solar) in September 2024, we aim to become a major player in the energy transition in Côte d’Ivoire and the subregion.
