FERKÉ SOLAR Donates a Computer Lab and Medical Equipment to FERKESSÉDOUGOU

Ferkessédougou, March 5, 2026 (AIP)—The Ferké power plant, a project initiated by PFO Énergies in the Tchologo region, donated a computer lab and medical equipment to the Sokoro Public Elementary School and the Ferkessédougou General Hospital on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

The computer lab is equipped with 35 laptops connected to the internet, intended for 241 students. The medical equipment includes 10 wheelchairs and 20 hospital beds, which will benefit 75 people per day.

Local authorities praised the social initiatives of Ferké Solar and its partner, emphasizing that these donations serve as catalysts for development in the region. “These donations are not merely optional but are catalysts for development in our region and our country,” emphasized the prefecture’s secretary general, Tapé Laba.

The Ferké Solar project, developed by the subsidiary PFO Africa, involves the construction and operation of a 50-megawatt solar power plant covering an area of 50 hectares in Ferkessédougou.
