Odienné solar

Odienné Solar

Odienné Solar is the second solar power plant in the PFO Énergies portfolio. The project is under development in north-western Côte d’Ivoire, building on the experience gained with Ferké Solar.

The plant is planned for a capacity of 84 MWp, at an estimated cost of FCFA 80 billion, with delivery expected in the first quarter of 2028. It will be carried by the IPP Division, which develops, finances and operates PFO Énergies’ power generation assets as an independent power producer.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed and feasibility studies are under way. Negotiation of the concession contract is due to start in the fourth quarter of 2026.

With Odienné Solar, PFO Énergies continues its commitment to green, reliable and competitive electricity that supports local development.
